Thanksgiving!!

Ahhh. . .Thanksgiving! Quite possibly my favorite holiday! And this was the first Thanksgiving that Brendan and I spent as husband and wife. Many of you will remember that his last Thanksgiving was spent at the Holiday Inn a few blocks from my house. . .which I believe is what might have coaxed him into marrying me.

On the morning of Thanksgiving, Brendan and I, as well as our friends Cassi, Jimmy, Meredith, Allison, Susanne, and Kate all participated in the Turkey Trot 5k & 10k that took place in downtown San Jose. The eight of us earned our Thanksgiving meals that day!



We had a great time visiting with family and friends over the long weekend. We also found out that our cousin's Neel and Manjari are expecting a baby in 2009! Which means we'll have one more person at Thanksgiving next year!


This is my mom with her famous bird, Dolly Parton. Not to be confused with Dolly Patron which was the preferred tequila for this years turkey and tequila shots.
